1. Warranty Period
The warranty period lasts for two years, and we supply lifecycle-free service and maintenance. If there is any problem with the two warranty terms attached, we will fix them for you free of charge.
2. Training
Training includes detailed user manuals, operating videos, online training, and onsite training.
For end-users, we provide free charging installation and training videos or WhatsApp guide to ensure that they can professionally operate the device.
For distributors, our technicians can make regular visits in order to help them to solve some problems. We are willing to provide free training for you and your customers.
3. OEM/ODM Service
We have our own development center, design department, and production line so that we can meet your special requirements.
As long as your logo or your newly designed appearance is sent to us, we can customize the device that is only for you.
4. Quick Delivery
We offer home delivery service to all of the machines through DHL, UPS, TNT, or FedEx.
